Our flagship women empowerment platform - annual retreats and monthly seminars that create safe, supportive spaces inspiring growth, fostering leadership, and building practical life skills.
The Salt & Light Ladies Initiative is where our vision for women's empowerment comes fully to life. Built around our Annual Women's Retreat and Monthly Ladies Seminar, this initiative brings women together to be equipped, encouraged, and challenged to grow in confidence and purpose.
Sessions combine practical teaching - on leadership, finance, career, and family life - with faith-based encouragement and honest, judgment-free fellowship. Many of the women who join stay connected long after their first session, forming an ongoing community of support.
The Ladies Club and Annual Retreat both grew directly out of this initiative, and remain some of the most anticipated events on our calendar each year.
